Refund policy

At Woven Bark Studios, we curate premium gifting experiences with care and intention. Due to the customised and curated nature of many of our products and gift sets, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the terms below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a return, clients must notify Woven Bark Studios within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Perishable goods or food items
  • Gift boxes that have been opened or tampered with
  • Products purchased as part of a final sale or promotional campaign

 

Return Process

To initiate a return request, clients should contact us via email with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs where applicable

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds may be partial or full depending on the condition of the returned products.

Shipping and delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Woven Bark Studios.


Exchanges

Where possible, damaged or incorrect items may be replaced instead of refunded.
