Exchanges & Refunds.
1. Notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, that you want to return something.
2. Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 7 days from your notification.
3. The return shipment cost will be paid by THE CLIENT and is not covered by Woven Bark Studios cc
4. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the notification. However the refund will not be paid until WB have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
5. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as THE CLIENT received it , a deduction will be made in your refund (this is case dependant).

How long will my order take to arrive (International)?
Delivery usually takes place within 2 or 3 weeks following dispatch, however, seasonal peaks, delays in customs and other factors outside of our control may on occasion cause delivery to take longer.
How long will my order take to arrive (Locally) ?
Local orders vary depends on the quantity but usually 5-10 working days.
